Sissu, also known as Khwaling, is the first major village you encounter after exiting the Atal Tunnel into the Lahaul Valley. Itinerary
Manali to Nehru Kund
Tour starts at 10:00 AM from Swagtam Tour Office - Mall Road Manali to Solang Valley in Tampo Travellers.
Named after India's first Prime Minister, Nehru Kund is a serene natural spring located approximately 5-6 km from Manali on the Leh-Manali Highway. It is a popular pit stop for travelers heading toward Solang Valley or Rohtang Pass, known for its crystal-clear, cold mountain water.
Nehru Kund to Zipline Point
Just a few minutes’ drive past Nehru Kund toward Solang Valley, you will reach the Bahang/Palchan area, which is the primary hub for ziplining before you hit the main Solang Ground. The most popular spot here is often referred to as the Jogini Zipline or the Solang Zipline Point (at Palchan). It is famous for being one of the longest and most scenic river-crossing ziplines in the region.

Solang Valley is the "Adventure Capital" of Himachal Pradesh. Solang Valley to Dundi

The South Portal of the Atal Tunnel is the entrance point on the Manali side. At an altitude of approximately 3,060m (10,040 ft), it serves as the dramatic threshold where the lush, green Kullu Valley meets the high-altitude engineering of the 9.02 km tunnel.

The Atal Tunnel is a 9.02 km engineering marvel that has fundamentally changed travel in the Himalayas. It bypasses the treacherous Rohtang Pass, cutting the journey from Manali to the Lahaul Valley from 4 hours to just about 30 minutes.
