Any guest from the tour for misbehavior especially if it affects the group and Physical or verbal assault to the Tour Manager without any refunds. Change hotel and/tour programme due to unavoidable circumstances.

Terms & Conditions For Tours

• Vouchers are non-transferable and valid only for the services specified herein.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate information about their pickup and drop-off locations, as well as their preferred itinerary.
• Any services not specifically requested, confirmed, and mentioned on the vouchers will not be provided.
• The company shall not be liable for any damages or charges incurred by travelers under the following circumstances.

  • Natural disasters, war, civil unrest, or alterations/cancellations of the tour itinerary due to such causes.
